After learning the truth, Hill talked about it with a group of friends, including her ex-boyfriend, at a class reunion. She noticed that he seemed to be processing the information in his head.
“He finally called his mother, and she confirmed that the same doctor had performed the procedure. So we had to wait for the real answer,” she said.
“We sat there in disbelief that we were actually talking about this. We tried to lighten it up by joking around, but it all just felt so surreal.”

She confronted the doctor who did this, Dr. Caldwell, who had recently passed away.
When asked why he did so, Dr. Caldwell admitted without hesitation that “this is what he did,” explaining his horrific decision: “He was in the business of making babies.”
Hill said it’s so common that she now has 25 siblings, four of whom she went to high school with, and she said, “the number just keeps growing.”
