Max Eberl is pleased with his seven months on the job having made the impact Bayern Munich had hoped for football.
Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl has revealed. He is pleased to have made an impact at the Bavarians during his short spell at the club and is confident the Bavarian side can achieve success in the future. Even if it won’t be easy, 11 Freunde reports on Sunday UFABET
Eberl has been in charge of the Bavarians’ sporting director for over seven months. Having been involved in player transfers and the revamp of the coaching staff over the past few months. And has made a huge impact in his short tenure at the club.
“I am very happy to be able to make a difference at FC Bayern,” Eberl said. “I have learned a lot in the last few years and I have come out stronger from my personal crisis. Today I can consciously say that football is my life. I like it, but now I know that there are other equally important things. That help me do my best here and I am convinced that we will succeed here. But it is not an easy path.”
Bayern Munich have been desperate to find a replacement for Thomas Tuchel and have settled on Vincent Kompany. After being rejected by Ralf Rangnick and Julian Nagelsmann. With Eberl explaining why.
‘Some of the coaches we spoke to were going through a special period in their lives.’ Eberl explains. ‘And from my experience. I understand when someone makes a conscious decision to reject an offer. Even if it’s from FC Bayern.’
